Say ‘no’ to bland brunches on Sunday 7 July when Assembly Underground’s independent bars and kitchens collectively launch Leeds’ biggest and most diverse brunch with a ticketed occasion co-hosted by Instagram meet-up group, @LeedsBrunchClub.
As a fan of the Leeds brunch locations already on offer, I can’t wait to join in on Leeds’ Biggest Brunch on the weekend! Having been a long time fan of brunch, a few inspired by the Leeds Brunch Club, and knowing the guys involved in making this happen, I am so excited to be joining them especially as I know it’ll be SUCH a good day!
£15 entry price includes a drink token redeemable against a cocktail or glass of fizz from Vocation & Co. Leeds (or hot and soft drinks from Stage Espresso & Brewbar), a food token for your choice of dish from one of our independent kitchens, and exclusive tasters and treats. Considering some brunches are much more for less, and there’ll be so much choice, it’s the perfect time to gather friends and treat yourselves. I’ll be taking my sister, who is visiting Leeds for the first time and can’t wait to show her what Wales is missing!
With an innovative menu featuring food from across the globe backed up with a sexy little drinks list from Vocation & Co., this brunch promises to be more than a little bit more exciting than the ubiquitous bottomless-prosecco-and-avo-on-toast offer.
Expect reworked classics and delectable dishes you’ve never encountered before, with a menu featuring everything from breakfast ramen and sweet-meets-savoury waffles to Indian-accented wraps and hearty Italian meatballs.
Care to share? Opt for a Middle Eastern mezze, a brunch platter straight off the beaches of Brazil, or a supersized tray of loaded tater tots.
