What I Did Last Summer: June 2015

So much happened in June – none to do with me really!

Firstly, my niece turned 10. Excuse me?! Where on earth did 10 years just go?

Our close friend had a baby! I’ve told my friends to stop growing up, but they just won’t.

Also, it was the wedding of the year! My best friend’s wedding back in Pembrokeshire, in a beautiful venue – Broadway Country House, Laugharne.

Last minute outfit changes! Bought on the day we were leaving for the wedding!

As always, amazing views from the drive.

More of the Broadway Country House.

Clearly a real proposal! Didn’t want to steal her thunder or anything!

Everything was vintage styled and beautiful! Also, handmade and decorated! So impressed.

Perfect trifle.

Outside for pictures where I cried like a baby at my big grown up married friend!

Seriously, look at this place!

Classy bathroom picture! I realised I had none! Shoes were off by this point too.

Also, the necklace I made.

They catered for everyone with great entertainment.

And yet another journey shot on the way back!

I had an amazing weekend, even if it was short. The wedding was incredible and we really enjoyed it. Definitely worth the 13 hours on the road!

The rest of June was spent in and around Leeds. I went for a walk along the canal for the first time on the town end. Such a nice walk.

And of course, much time was spent chilling out on my beloved balcony.

Awesome shot from my balcony! Snapped this from my camera screen!

As well as some relaxing nights in…

Everything I need for a chilled night in.

Testing new products!

Also, I made my first proper item with the sewing machine and some crap material. A skirt! It was perfect! I have since ruined it after trying to make it easier to move in, but it existed and it was great!
