T is for…

In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Fearful Symmetry.”

Today the daily post is to choose a letter to begin each sentence with, for which I have chosen T. T is a typical, easy letter to try. Trying not to use this, that, or the is my challenge today.
Tea is For Tina is my blog title. Though T is a boring letter, I felt it fitted with the theme. Too easy, I thought, so I tried something tougher. Try and see if you notice my trick.
Taking on a daily prompt is at once rewarding and troubling. Telling yourself to finish an article about a forced topic. Truth is though, sometimes I need the inspiration and trigger. Total motivation for me comes with the feeling of being tested. Time is of the essence when getting this post together. There are so many words I could use, but only one lunch break to finish the text.
Tackling anything has a similar trait. Twelve o’clock, midnight, will set a new task. Thinking that I might not succeed in doing everything I had wished, I will have at least tried. Twilight awaits me, and I’m determined to accomplish things. Ticking through the day, and there’s one thing that gets me through. Treating myself to something tantalising, tasty, and tanned – that’s right, a cup of tea!

Tell me, did you notice or do you need a tip? The (yes I used it) first word and the last, each begin with a T.
